Shipping

Here at DealPony we offer many types of products. We endeavor to keep our costs down in order to pass on the savings to our customers, for this reason we partner with global suppliers and ship our items directly to your door. Because of this, shipping times and costs can sometimes vary from item to item, therefore if you have multiple items on your order you may receive more than one delivery and deliveries may arrive on different days.

Shipping Times:

We will always endeavor to ship items in the fastest possible time, however delivery times can sometimes range from 5 - 21 business days from purchase date depending on the products in question, shipping origin and destination.

Some products may have longer delivery times but in these cases an estimated time will be listed in the product description.

Many of our items including: t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, mugs etc... and a large proportion of jewelry products ship directly from within the U.S.A. These items tend to have faster shipping times when delivered to U.S. locations.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as: Shipping company and postal strikes or mistakes, inclement weather and natural disasters etc...

Taxes and Duties:

Any and all applicable taxes, customs fees or duties as governed by the laws of the country involved are the sole responsibility of the customer and shall be paid for by the customer.

Shipping within continental USA (excluding Alaska)

Shipping rates are between $5.99 - $14.99

Orders over $100.00 Qualify for "Free Shipping"

Please Note! In rare cases where an order is unusually large or heavy you may have an added shipping fee whether your order qualifies for free shipping or not! In which case the appropriate shipping fee will be added to the checkout.

International orders:

Unfortunately at this time international shipping is not available on all our Items. Products that ship outside the continental USA will have: (International Shipping Available) reflected on product the page below the Add To Cart Button.
Products that only ship within the continental USA will have (Continental USA Shipping Only on this Item) reflected on product page below the Add To Cart Button.

Please be sure to check the product has the words (International Shipping Available) below the add to cart button before placing an international order.

Alternatively if you would really like to purchase one of our products you may take advantage of our free continental U.S. shipping and have your item delivered to a U.S. based forwarding service such as MyUS.com or similar and then have it shipped to your home country.
